If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form and blood test.

Bring your original documents when entering China. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included

*4. Passport photo

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

*5. A copy of the applicant’s transcripts of high school.

Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

*6. A copy of the applicant’s diploma of high school.

Graduating students should provide an official enrollment certificate and pre-graduation certificate. Please remember to submit the graduation certificate once graduated. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

*7. CSCA Test Transcript(s)

-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

If no attachment is available yet, it usually means the university has not announced further details.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
